Pulled Chicken BBQ Sandwiches

4 Boneless, Skinless chicken breast
1 Bottle of Honey BBQ sauce
1 Cup chopped Onions



If you don't mind spending extra time on this, marinade the chicken overnight in Italian dressing.

Put chicken in crockpot. Add BBQ and onions. Season with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Every once in awhile mix it and it should be easy to pull chicken apart. Cook on low for 5 hours. Serve on a hard roll.

Stuffed Baked Potato

4 medium Baked Potatoes
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Cup Green Pepper
1 Cup Onion
1 Block Velveta Cheese
Sour cream

I like to buy the potatoes that come wrapped. They take 8 minuets each in the microwave.

Cook beef, drain. Add chopped pepper, onion and half block of cheese. Mix till cheese is melted. Cut slit in potato and add mixture. Top with sour cream. One potato is usually filling enough for one person.

Taco Dip

1 16oz. Sour Cream
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 16oz. Jar of Chunky Salsa
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
Lettuce (shredded)
1 Package Shredded Cheese


Mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. Top with shredded lettuce then salsa. Add shredded cheese to the top. I have also made this with a few black olives on top.
